Dr. Agatha Ojimelukwe is an academic leader, researcher and writer whose work sits at the intersection of productivity, workforce development, education, energy and natural resources.
She serves as Dean of the School of Energy and Natural Resources at NAIT, where she leads education and workforce development across sectors central to Alberta and Canada’s economy.
Her research and public commentary examine Canada’s productivity and productive capacity, particularly through the people and skills required to make economic ambition real. She brings a unique perspective to questions about workforce development, technological change, industrial investment, demographics, education and the future of Canada’s energy and resource economy.
